I’m Andrew and I’d like to offer my support and guidance for your journey. Here is a little about my history, interests and experience so you can decide if we might be a good match.

I'm an ‘82 model, growing up in the UK and moving to Australia in 2009. I've completed university studies in exercise and nutritional science [hence the biz name] but have +10,000 hours of Personal Training and Fitness Coaching to back up these pieces of paper.

I have called Cairns home since 2015, now happily married and live on a cane farm south of Cairns. I enjoy most foods, I am no stranger to a drink and although I enjoy exercise, I often wish I didn't have to! 

I use best-practice methods from sport, exercise and nutritional science and customise these methods to fit the goals and preferences of each individual client. I am not going to force you to fit a method, instead I’ll adapt the method so it fits you. 

I program for strength and conditioning, but the majority of clients I work with primarily want weight-loss [about 80%] via Personal Training and Nutritional Coaching. I don't give, or take, any BS and ultimately want what's best for the best part of you.

Coronavirus restrictions have opened up an opportunity of online coaching, and I now work with clients as far away as Amsterdam.
